The providers of Integrated Providers provide services beyond the customary primary care services. Our After Hours Clinics allow you access to a physician during non-standard hours to allow you to get urgent care when you need it. Our diagnostic centers provide state of the art diagnostic services such as mammograms, CAT scans, bone density tests, x-rays, and more. We are continually updating our equipment so we can accurately diagnose problems to help you get treatment at the earliest possible time.
